1. Delivery Areas & Restrictions

We currently offer FREE standard shipping across our entire catalog. However, due to the physical dimensions and weight of our home and outdoor furniture products, our shipping capabilities are subject to the following geographical restrictions:

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Products are shipped from multiple US warehouses and fulfillment centers. Orders will be processed and shipped from the nearest available warehouse based on product availability and delivery destination.

  • Eligible Regions: We ship exclusively within the 48 contiguous United States.

  • Excluded Regions: We DO NOT ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or any U.S. Territories and Protectorates (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands).

  • Address Restrictions: We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes, APO, FPO, or DPO addresses. All orders must be placed with a valid, physical residential or commercial street address.

2. Shipping Methods & Carriers

To ensure your premium furniture and workshop equipment arrive safely, we partner with reliable national freight and parcel carriers.

  • Small to Medium Packages: Shipped via FedEx Ground or UPS Ground.

  • Oversized & Heavy Items (e.g., Toolbenches, Large Cabinets): Shipped via specialized LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight carriers to ensure secure transport and handling.

3. Order Processing & Delivery Timelines

Our total delivery time is split into two parts: Handling Time (warehouse processing) and Transit Time (carrier transport).

Order Handling Time 1 - 2 Business Days Orders placed Monday through Friday are processed and dispatched within 48 hours. Orders are not processed on weekends (Saturday, Sunday) or official U.S. federal holidays.
Estimated Transit Time 3 - 7 Business Days Standard ground and freight shipping typically takes between 3 to 7 business days to reach your destination, depending on your state.
Order Cut-off Time 5:00 PM (EST) Orders received after 5:00 PM EST will begin processing on the following business day.

📌 Force Majeure Notice: While we guarantee timely dispatch from our fulfillment centers, occasional delays may occur due to severe weather conditions, carrier capacity constraints, or unpredictable natural events. In such instances, we work around the clock with our carrier partners to fast-track your delivery as soon as safe operations resume.

4. Real-Time Order Tracking

Transparency is our priority. Once your package has been picked up by the carrier and scanned at the logistics node, an automated Shipment Confirmation Email will be dispatched to your registered email address.

  • This email will contain your direct carrier tracking number (FedEx/UPS/Freight carrier link).

  • Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to actively update on the carrier’s public portal.

5. Crucial Precautions for Buyers

  • Address Accuracy: Please carefully review and verify your exact shipping address, including any suite, apartment, or gate codes, PRIOR to completing your secure payment. We are unable to redirect packages or modify shipping details once an order has left our warehouse logistics network.
